MCP FAQ

Is the MCP server included in all plans?

Yes. Every VoicePlan.it user gets access to the cloud MCP server — free tier, Starter, and Monthly.

Does MCP work with Claude Code?

Yes. Claude Code natively supports MCP servers. Add the VoicePlan.it server URL to your configuration and Claude Code can read your full plan.

Can I use MCP with Cursor and Windsurf?

Yes. Both Cursor and Windsurf support MCP. Add the server to your MCP configuration file and your AI gets full plan context.

What data does the MCP server expose?

Your plan title, description, goals, action items, tracked items, documents, diagrams, charts, session history, and any web research results from your voice sessions.

Is my plan data secure?

Yes. Each MCP connection is authenticated with a per-plan token. Only you (and anyone you share the token with) can access your plan data through MCP.
